Job Description

o Direct report to Assistant General Manager – Human Resources;
o Oversee the technical and daily requirements of HR functions. Manage and support the overall human resources operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, performance management, training and development, budgeting and employee engagement, as well as office administration matters;
o Work closely with Business Unit with proactive and consultative approach in executing manpower planning in recruitment and staff engagement initiatives;
o Formulate and implement HR initiatives and projects in alignment with business objectives;
o Develop and create compelling employee value proposition to retain and attract good talent;
o Prepare and provide HR data analytical report for management review;
o Ensure the policies & procedures for the compliance with Macau labor law;
o Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

o Degree holder in Business Management or Human Resources Management;
o 10 years of relevant experience of which 5 years in managerial level in a sizable organization;
o Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
o Good analysis skill and - have ability to spot and recognize good quality of potential candidates for our different job vacancies;
o Ability to build strong working network and relationships with other department;
o Familiar and good knowledge of Macau labor market or have strong understanding of the labor market in this region;
o Strong in communication, data analytical and problem solving skill;
o Able to work independently and meet timelines;
o Optimistic and open-minded;
o Work under pressure.
