• Develop and Evolve the QA Procedures and QA Team for the company with responsibility for overall Quality for all products, suppliers and manufacturers;
• Ensure that the Corporate Quality Policy is executed in all production sites in a professional manner suited to building better processes and partnerships;
• Create strategic plans for Quality improvement and establish goals and targets;
• Execute and manage projects related to Quality process improvement and cost control;
• Handle and resolve quality issues and any claims;
• Assist in sourcing and assessing factories and work to bring up their quality performance;
• Support sourcing, development, production and other internal teams as a key team member in the organization;
• Integrate and inculcate Quality processes and culture into all areas of the business.

• Degree holder in Quality Management in textiles, manufacturing or related discipline;
• Above 5 years experience in garment quality assurance with at least 3 years at managerial level;
• Sound knowledge of the production flow, QA knowledge and solid experience in arrange IQC, IPQC, FQC and provide advice and solution on technical issues;
• Familiar with the quality control system like SPC, ISO9000 and TQM;
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Fluent in English and excellent command of spoken Mandarin.
