Responsibilities:

• Support dealers and branches regarding marketing material and marketing activities
• Prepare and control marketing account and invoices, monthly budget and report including expenses claims related to business trips and departmental expenses
• Maintain accurate and systematic filing system and documentation management of all marketing records
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Marketing Director
• Assist in coordinating events, seminars, exhibitions, greeting dealers and business partners, planning and executing marketing programs
• Manage communication and contact with suppliers, printers, marketing and advertising agencies
• Follow procurement on merchandising and marketing materials, source merchandising
• Administration of marketing material, brochures, merchandising including storage system, inventory, pricing of brochures and merchandising
• Take charge of storage Mgmt.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• High degree of service orientation
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access
• Fluent in English: oral and written; Chinese as mother tongue(proficient in written Chinese)
• Good understanding of numbers and calculations
• Sense for systematic approach, order and structure, detail-minded
• Proactive, responsible, highly motivated, absolutely reliable, loyal and honest, forward thinking
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Several years of experience as secretary or assistant in an international company
