Requirement:

Review and post invoice.

Communicate with internal site finance/purchase or external companies to solve the invoice issues timely.

Check the transactions in ERP system and reconcile the statement with supplier, ensuring complying with SOX requirement and all AP related policy.

Prepare the monthly reports and other reports required by immediate supervisors or site finances.

Support month end close.

Qualifications:

Professional in Finance-Accounting, bachelor degree.

At least 1 years’ accounting experience in international companies.

Good English in both writing and speaking.

Hands on experience in Excel, Oracle/SAP knowledge preferred.

Excellent communication and cooperation, good understanding and strong responsibility
