Responsibility

• + You will plan the timeline and costs of NEV related development projects, systems and modules

• + You are the responsible person for project kick-off, coordination, reporting and accumulation of all project milestones, open-points, failure information and analysis results, during the project execution phase.

• + You represent our client in national and international committees, throughout China and in Europe

• + You documenting all necessary information from beginning to the end of the project and report the status to the team leader

• + You accompany the entire project from the beginning to the end and can call up and present the project-status at any time

• + After project completion, you will create a project presentation including lesson learned and follow-up measures for following projects

Requirements

• + Bachelor/Master Degree in Major Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent

• + Minimum 5 years working experiences in the field of automotive or technological development

• + Work experience in the organization and coordination

• + Fundamental knowledge in the vehicle and product development process

• + Good technical knowledge of new energy vehicle systems & components

• + Project management and steering skills

• + Strong verbal and written business communication skills

• + Team player skills

• + Willingness to continuously improve your skills and adapt to new challenges

• + Deep focus on details with abstraction skills and power of endurance

• + Sufficiently cooperation, assertion and communicative skills

• + Willingness to travel in China and Europe

• + Very good MS-Office skills

• + Good English skills
