ERM is seeking a motivated Consultant, Impact Assessment who is interested in participating on a variety of projects covering the full spectrum of ERM’s services. The role will be based in Shanghai or Beijing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a Consultant in the EIA consulting projects, which include but not limited to: Regulatory Environmental Impact Assessment, Completion Inspection Approvals, EHS Permitting Services, EH&S regulatory and compliance service, EH&S training and management consulting.
  • Responsible for undertaking EIAs of small and medium sized developments in our priority sectors.
  • Assist on project objectives from sources and methods provided by the company or developed individually.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master degree in engineering, environmental science, or related discipline.
  • EIA License qualified.
  • Familiarity with environmental modelling software for air, water or noise.
  • Familiarity with software including MS Office, ArcView, AutoCAD, Photoshop etc.
  • Strong planning and communication ability.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision
