? Give coaching and guidance to team members

? Handle complicated cases and internal escalations, support department reporting and relevant analysis

? Assist to team management and be backup of direct superior

? Provide customer supports according to business development and company guidelines

? Execute customer requests in relative system according to compliance requirements

? Assist to develop and prepare various management reports

? Optimize all related working procedures, discuss with inter-department colleagues to work out a win-win solution

? Assist in system enhancement &development project

? Accomplish all other works assigned by the line manage

? Identify critical issues and find out solutions, and report to the manager if escalation or decision-making is required.
