Job Description
Responsibilities：
- Provide advisory service to client in terms of industry background, market anlaysis and financial planning;
- Develop investment strategy for clients with large-scale land, infrastructure and property development projects in China at the planning stage;
- Work closely with client regarding to the land use, real estate, urban economics and development finance teams to identify and secure suitable investment partners;
- Take lead in project management, client relation management, and technical delivery;
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years post-qualification experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Urban Investment Consultant position;
- Previously in a similar role with investment, real estate, finance or management consultancy, or property developers and investors;
- Must have China experience;
- Working experience at management consulting firms preferred.
