Full Time

• Leads multiple project teams of electrical engineers for various products.
• Communicates between customers and ODMs and manage communications around development from engineers to leadership.
• Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to staff members.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in electrical hardware design.
• Identifies resources needed and works closely with teams to maintain full visibility of the project schedule and potential roadblocks.

Preferred Experience

• Great written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• A self-starter and ability to prioritize and translate high level requirements into actionable milestones.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Significant experience in working with ODMs and vendors.
• It will be better having experience in RF and antenna field.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years experience in electronic product design.
• 5+ years experience in leading teams.
