Job Description

ob Title: Customer Service Representative

Department: COM Customer Service

Report to: Head of Customer Service & Key Account Management

【Responsibilities】



Customer Relationship and Secure operational issues under smooth process:

Manage the customer relationship of customers within Lufthansa Technik (Shenzhen)’s within China Region

Coordinate business units within Lufthansa Technik to ensure to meet customer requirements and maintain an internal and external performance dialog while giving consideration to contractual service such as TAT, supply service level, etc.

Ensure that all customer information systems are updated and all operational issues under smooth process to ensure contractual service agreements and internal KPIs

Identify Customer potential complaint and Pro-actively resolve them, ensure customer overall satisfaction.

Commercial and Contractual Monitoring and Analysis:

Assume financial and performance responsibility for small accounts, take all necessary actions to bring the business development of products on the planned track.

Identify and pursue up-selling opportunities for existing customers in cooperation with the Account Management and Sales

  • All other duties as assigned or required

Train and Coach JCSR (Junior Customer Service Representative) ü Responsible for Key-user functions

【Qualifications】

Bachelor degree or above
  • Excellent in Excel, PPT,Outlook perfect

  • Fluent in English and Chinese

  • Willingness to travel

  • High stress levels
