Job Description

The HRBP - Employee Relations will be based in Changsha .

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • Maintain communication with employees so as to understand and react to their needs;
  • 与员工保持沟通,以了解并满足他们的需求
  • Conduct surveys to analyze root causes when finding abnormal issues with employee complaints and propose solutions.
  • 在发现员工投诉的异常问题时进行调查以分析根本原因,并提出解决方案
  • Handle people issues related to discipline, dismissal, and lay-off in accordance with PRC labor law.
  • 根据中华人民共和国劳动法处理与纪律,解雇和裁员有关的人员问题
  • Consult operation management people to ensure internal labor relationship in compliance with company’s policy and related labor regulations.
  • 咨询运营管理人员,确保内部劳动关系符合公司政策和相关劳动法规
  • Counsel employee(s), whenever needed.
  • 在需要时咨询员工
  • Deal with employees’ violation of company policies and regulations.
  • 处理员工违反公司政策和法规的情况
  • Issue monthly discipline report and summary.
  • 发布月度纪律报告和摘要
  • Conduct training regarding regulation, behavior etc. for employees.
  • 为员工进行有关监管,行为等方面的培训
  • Communicate with superior labor union and labor bureau etc. and work as representation of company management in the solution of labor dispute.
  • 与上级工会和劳动局等进行沟通,并作为公司管理层在劳动争议解决方案中的代表
  • Maintain positive working relationships with employees and managers.
  • 与员工和经理保持积极的工作关系
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Identify and set up company internal communication channels and approaches.

  • Responsible for monthly employee meeting and labor disputes issues.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

  • B achelor’s degree or above
  • 本科以上学历
  • At least 5 years working experience in Human Resources field.
  • 至少5年的人力资源工作经验。
  • Can independently analyze data and solve problems.
  • 可以独立分析数据和解决问题。
  • Willing to learn and work under pressure.
  • 愿意在压力下学习和工作。
  • Team management experience, strong team work and positive attitude
