Job Description

A. Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job

1. Unify communication of site IT towards business.

2. Coordinate business resource to support IT projects, events and initiatives.

3. Boost usage of IT facilities and solutions in responsible site, guide business requirements to go through appropriate process.

B. Position in the organization

C. Responsibilities

1. Scope includes IT infrastructure, IT applications and services.

2. Maximize usage of IT facilities, applications and service with support by internal IT functional team.

3. Act as the user end Integrator to ensure all IT Solution and Service delivered meet the needs of their responsible site.

4. Manage impact by any IT change activities, responsible for user communication and change management

5. For incident and problem management, act as the local focal point for all IT issues and work with the respective IT teams as well as the respective vendors and suppliers for escalation and resolution.

6. Take leading responsibility for responsible site in rollout projects.

7. Understand / rationalize site requirements and guide business going through right IT process.

8. Be professional IT advisor towards to site business.

9. Ensure IT governance fully applied in the responsible site.

10. Responsible for site business continuity[MV1] / disaster recovery plan

D. Job Requirements

1. University degree in IT related fields with minimum 5 years working experience in IT in a large organization.

2. Fluency in English communication in both speaking and writing.

3. Good soft skill to communicate and coordinate teams crossing departments.

4. Self-motivated, mature enough to manage key stakeholders and drive business values.

5. Good overall understanding of IT in general and able to communicate effectively IT concepts and manage expectations with the end user community.
