Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall performance and profitability of multiple Transportation in regional perspective.
• Formulate operational KPI, lead the team to achieve defined KPI target and drive continuous improvement to exceed service, cost target, growth and sales.
• Propose, devise and develop continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both the customer and company.
• Monitor the services provided by vendors such as quotation, delivery schedule liaison, quality assurance and problem resolution.
• Ensure the operations being managed under full compliance of company policies and lawful regulations in different countries.
• Maintain effective communications with subordinates, in-country management, the regional logistics support team and customers.
• Perform adhoc projects as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics or related degree.
• Possess minimum 10 years’ experience in operation field with at least 5 years in managerial position, preferably in experience in ASEAN operation and knowledge on customs clearance regulations.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Excellent analytical, presentation skill problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic, strong team leadership, and sound client interfacing skills.
• Independent, well-organized, detail-minded and self-motivated personality.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset who is always challenging the status quo and wants to fix it.
