Job Duties:
Provide 1st level helpdesk support to client

Responsible to provide technical support via phone, email

Ensure accurate technical advice and knowledge for internal user

Prepare regular reports and perform routine administrative works

Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, or related disciplines

Experience on IT helpdesk / desk side support is preferred.

Willing to learn, team player with good communication skills

Flexible working hours

Fresh certificate graduate and entry level candidates are welcome

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior position
