Job Description

Role Summary:

Act in partnership with Sales Channel and Business Partners by providing appropriate training Support

Result Areas:

  • Take ownership on effectiveness of training programs and ensure quality of delivery
  • Monitor efficiency and logistics requirements of these programs
  • Lead / assist in Training and/or related projects to drive for completion in good quality
  • Review and enhance training materials to ensure good quality & accuracy and fulfill compliance requirement
  • Handle enquiries and ad hoc request with quality

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree holder preferably in Training / Finance / Management discipline
  • 3 years or above relevant experience
  • Sales / Training experience in the Life Insurance / Financial Planning industry. Experience in Bancassurance will be a definite advantage
  • Professional qualifications, in both training and insurance preferred


Knowledge / Skills:

  • Independent, mature and a good team player
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skill & customer focus
  • Good command of English and Chinese both spoken and written
  • Good PC skills – PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
