Job Description
About the company:
This is a European company products specialized in a variety of consumer electronics products.
Main responsibilities:
- Improve training system, optimize training course system, manage well the training resources, cooperate well with global HR for people development. Lead well the training team and develop the team members.
- Support and implement strategy of the company’s people development. Identify high potential talents of the company and develop the talents for company business strategy.
- Identify the training needs of employees and find good and effective training resources.
- Develop, implement and maintain a measuring system for training satisfaction. Report the results.Training effectiveness appraisal.
- Explore and manage external training resources and extend channels.
- Build up internal trainer team to leverage the cross-functional training resources.
- Build internal & external communications channels.
- Cooperate with Marketing to promote company brand.
- Lead the employee satisfaction survey program and launch engagement activities.
- Others like HR Audit etc.
Main requirements:
- 5 year above Experience in MNC on training.
- Good communication skill and program driving ability.
Fluent English in Oral and Written
