Job Description

About the company:

This is a European company products specialized in a variety of consumer electronics products.

Main responsibilities:

  • Improve training system, optimize training course system, manage well the training resources, cooperate well with global HR for people development. Lead well the training team and develop the team members.
  • Support and implement strategy of the company’s people development. Identify high potential talents of the company and develop the talents for company business strategy.
  • Identify the training needs of employees and find good and effective training resources.
  • Develop, implement and maintain a measuring system for training satisfaction. Report the results.Training effectiveness appraisal.
  • Explore and manage external training resources and extend channels.
  • Build up internal trainer team to leverage the cross-functional training resources.
  • Build internal & external communications channels.
  • Cooperate with Marketing to promote company brand.
  • Lead the employee satisfaction survey program and launch engagement activities.
  • Others like HR Audit etc.

Main requirements:

  • 5 year above Experience in MNC on training.
  • Good communication skill and program driving ability.

Fluent English in Oral and Written
