• Source new suppliers according to quoting requirements
• In charge of quotation and negotiation with various suppliers
• Liaise with suppliers and home office/customers for daily order operation
• Monitor production, quality, and ensure shipment
• Planning delivery timetables
• Assist in factory auditing together with QA people
• To be assigned on all specific missions as required by office manager, and report to office manager on a weekly basis

Job Requirements:
1. With minimum 5 years experience in merchandising, preferably in party or grocery products

2. Familiar with how factories run, have good understanding of how to deal with factories

3. Good communication skills

4. Strong interests in looking for new products and sourcing of existing products

5. Good at working independently

6. Good team-work ability

7. Loyal, honest, hard-working and responsible
