Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates concerns which beyond scope to HR Business Partners; navigates employees and managers to HR Shared Services when it is the more appropriate resource

· Partner with HRBPs and CoE (Center of Excellence) teams to execute country/business-specific HR strategies.

· Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing professional HR service and advice on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partners

· Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and policy requirements

· Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication

· Continuously build and share area of expertise; keep current with internal and external updates and changes

· Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed

This position is the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide the full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative.

This role is critical in executing key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive employee support, and developing an in-depth understanding of relevant HR systems, processes, and policies to drive HR service excellence and process improvement.

This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally.

This role will report to an HR Business Partner while contributing to country HR projects as a team member.
