Description
Objective of job (abbreviated)
  • With the aim to effectively improve MB dealership’s operational efficiency and profitability, support project manager to manage retail consulting projects in Sales, Marketing and CRM, to optimize project effectiveness based on the continuous tracking and assessment

Main tasks

  • Design project concept and organize content to meet market requirement
  • Design project management process to ensure project quality
  • Provide support and coaching to develop skills of new coaches in order to meet project requirement
  • Confirm, advise and present periodical or ad-hoc summary reports and meet the expectations of management, BUs or other stakeholders
  • Effective project management through concept or project requirement briefing to selected external consulting agencies and retail consultants to ensure consistent coaching outputs delivered by external retail consultants
  • Conduct onsite/offsite monitoring of consulting quality and refine concept or tools based on findings
  • As MB leading consultant, to conduct onsite coaching to dealerships
  • Build up RC certification program by maintaining and updating retail consulting concept, module content, approach and tools in RC knowledge database for internal people development, set up coach capability tools and rules

  • Analytical skills: be able to consolidate various sources of information, establish analysis methodology and derive performance assessment of dealership and project quality
  • Fluent English speaker, good at reading and writing
  • Good command of MS Office applications.
O Experience and education
  • Education:Bachelor degree or above majoring in business management or equivalent field
  • Experience:Comprehensive work experience – at least 3 years in auto dealership sales operations or consulting field (experience with Mercedes-Benz is preferred) .
  • Specific knowledge:Basic knowledge of dealer operations and performance measurement: Good understanding of the retail sales process and process enabling system, familiar with general dealership showroom management principles, standards and tools. Analytical and conceptual skills, methodological skills (consulting skills preferred). Experience in leadership. Confident communicator, innovator who thinks systematically, empathetic and customer-oriented enabler.

  • Strong communication skills: cross departments and with vendor and consultants to ensure consulting quality in the dealerships
