Sr. Quality/QA Manager高级质量经理-服装制衣/纺织业优先

Job Responsibility:

• Negotiate with suppliers for quotation of existing and new products.
• Source for new supplies, textile fabric product according to company requirement from qualified suppliers.
• Identify and resolve potential purchasing problems (terms, price, quality and delivery).
• Follow up to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Set up quality system for factories in accordance with the quality requirements.
• Ensure product quality through control plans.
• Ensure the quality of products of suppliers (quality and social).
• Work on process improvement on efficiency and lead time reduction in mass production.
• Inspect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for color, measurements, labels and overall quality.
• Monitor factory production status, control factory quality and schedule, on a regular basis to evaluate factory production quality status.
• Build up DDC center for collectting all quality information to provide evidence for production and inspection.
• Collect all quality documents approved by customer, keep all inline and final inspection report in file for backup.
• Responsible to solve the problems in production process with QC and factory.
• Responsible for team's training and management.

Job Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent with course work in textiles, apparel manufacturing or related experience.
• Minimum 8 years combined experience in quality assurance, garment engineering and overseas production.
• Familiar with garment industry quality standards.
• Capable to solve the problems quickly.
• Fluent in written and verbal Chinese and English.
