They provides C2C, B2C, B2B services with overall business from Ecommerce portals, online payment services and cloud computing services and has been expanding into the media industry, with revenues rising by triple percentage points year on year. They operated in over 200 countries and territories. With the strong Holding Group background, they launched an Entrepreneurs Fund in 2015. They invest in promising young companies with innovative businesses and technologies. Through the Investment Program, selected entrepreneurs will enjoy access to financial capital, strategic guidance and technical know-how.

職務說明

• Facilitate investment process of the Fund, including but not limited to capital calls processing
• Coordinate with venture capital firms on daily investment related matters
• Understand business of portfolio companies and provide connections within the Group
• Prepare annual financial budget for the Fund
• Organize and execute marketing campaigns of the Fund in Taiwan
• Promote vision and activities of the fund by actively participating in entrepreneurial and start up events.
• Process internal procurement system
• Help on any other matters instructed by supervisor

理想的應徵者

• 10+years of relevant work experience; strong network with big enterprise is highly preferred.
• Proven capability of organizing big events, forums, business plan competitions and cooperation with new Medias, etc.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills both internal and external
• Passion and with strong commitment for innovation industry
• Open-minded and outgoing; capable of doing BD by cold calling
• Experience in budgeting and reporting(P&L) is required
