Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the assigned account(s) to provide HR support on policies & procedures of related HR domains including recruiting, staffing, employee benefit and development etc.
  • Facilitate HR annual programs and activities to ensure the execution is aligned with program purposes and objectives.
  • Support manager(s) or director on the assigned HR projects for HR solution implementation. The task may include project proposal preparation, data analysis, reports and communication with the related stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and earn credibility with line functions and managers.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Passionate to interact with employees and establish rapport at all levels.
  • High learning agility with a proactive attitude and be resourceful.
  • Flexible for changes and good team player with high AQ.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, curiosity to dig further for root cause and provide solutions with real impact.
  • Proven track record of project management from inception to completion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multi-task effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.
  • 1+ years experiences in areas of recruiting, staffing, or learning and development is a plus.
  • HR experiences in area service team is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree or above in HRM or business related domains.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
