Job Description
Provide secretarial and general administrative support to the Partners, consultants and the company. Responsible for answer incoming calls and attend at the front reception In charge of stationery & refreshments inventory Organise lunch/refreshment for Internal /External trainings, workshops & brownbags - print training/workshop materials Monitoring annual services and renewing of contracts for vendors on pest control services, fire extinguishers, printers, photocopiers, water filters & air-cond To assist Partners & Directors on their expense claims In charge of library - log of reference books and update of reference book log sheet Admin sustainability data collections on waste, electricity, paper, toner, food waste Record incoming mails/faxes and outgoing faxes if any IT Co-ordinator - for local office IT matters To arrange for courier service to send out invoices or documents To assist on tender application on general info requirements To assist on printing and compilation of proposal and reports To set up conference call when required Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedure.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum SPM qualification; With 2 years relevant experience or equivalent; Proficient in written and spoken English; Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Well versed in MS office applications; Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
