1. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily transaction of cash and bank

• Check payment order and expense report

• Use E-banking to arrange payments to supplier

• Update cashier daily bank journal and work out cash & bank reconciliation

• Liaise with business team on cash and credit card receipt and payment

• Any other duties of a finance nature as and when required.

2. Key Requirements:

• College or above, major in accounting related disciplines
• 1 years related working experience, working in foreign-owned enterprises is plus
• Good PC skills (especially in Excel)

• Strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit

• Highly organized with attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated

• Learn fast and can work under pressure
