GCL Engineering Limited is formerly Jiangsu Suyuan Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., which was officially registered and established on Jan. 20, 2003, with registered capital of RMB 50 million yuan, with Golden Concord Group of Hong Kong at the holding position. It is mainly engaged in the technological research and development, consultation, engineering design, overall contracting and project operation in the fields of environmental chemical, new energy and water industry.

GCL Engineering possesses the qualifications as Grade A for environmental project design and overall contracting, Grade B for power industry design and overall contracting, Grade A for environmental protection facilities operation, and for engineering consultation and overseas project overall contracting.
