Duties:

Consultant is an integral part of the Consulting division. With direct contact with clientele over the course of the year, Consultants will interface with a caseload ranging from approximately 5 to 10 students contingent upon availability, yet meeting the student's needs. Consultant will be responsible for researching and understanding the US/UK education systems and most importantly, working with our students to guide them through the process of transferring from the Chinese system to a different one and becoming a strong candidate for targeted institutions.
Location: China: Beijing/Changsha/Shandong
Provide consulting service to students regarding admission, university choices, major choices, extra curriculum activities and career planning.
?Engage in academic counseling such as SAT prep, SAT2 choices
Serve as the mentor for students and their academic/career aspirations
Fostering of strengths and talents
Academic advising and strategies
Engage in research during the off period
Participating in tasks such as marketing.
Provide regular reports and updates to Directors and Partners.

Requirements:

A Bachelors degree/Masters degree obtained in a top university in U.S./U.K is required
For the position of senior consultant, two years of full time work experiences are required.
School Counseling or admissions experience is a plus
Willing and able to work 40+ hours/week, working overtime is sometimes required sometimes
Available to travel occasionally between multiple locations in china where we have local offices
Letter(s) of Recommendation is a plus
