Essential Responsibilities:  Provide machining work on customer site according to standard
 Assembly and disassembly portable machine tool correctly
 Setup and adjust process parameters according to actual situation
 Verify and make sure machine tool in good condition before deliver to customer site
 Solve small machine tool’s problems
 Verify and monitor machine tool and other tools deliver back after finish on site work
 Work on site fulfil EHS requirements
 Satisfy customer requirements
 Implement PM for machine tools
 Propose spare parts stock for machine tools
 Build good relationship with customer and relevant people and department
 To improve current portable machine tool to meet new requirement
 Work with international team to perform international on site machining work
 Work with engineer to create new machine/tooling based on market requirements
 Share the skill with new comer
 Support warehouse to prepare the machines/tools before project execution
 Support engineer to design the special tools to specific project
 To do 5S both in workshop and site
 Manager the tools on site
 Responsible machines/tools loading/unloading
 Cooperate with logistic for machines/tools deliver back after project completion
 Develop new skill according to business requirement.
Qualifications/Requirements:  College degree and with more than 5 years CNC operation and manual machine tool experience
 With at least 3 years heavy parts machining work
 Possess experience of re-sharpen cutting tools and the tools selection.
 Can understand mechanical drawing
 Know well machining process
 With effective crane driver license
 Know basic mechanical knowledge
 Work hard and good personality, loyalty
 With team sprits
 Self-management and initiative
 Know basic English used in machine tool
 Need travel frequently in China or in Asia
