Job Description
The e-procurement Practice in Deloitte China is a market leading team providing pragmatic solutions to clients. As a Senior Procurement Business Consultant within this practice, you will be exposed to the breadth of Procurement activities whilst also deepening your knowledge in the areas of your choice. Our Sourcing and Procurement practice works with a variety of high profile clients across all the major industry sectors. Typical projects might include procurement transformation, sourcing diagnostics, strategic sourcing under various procurement rules, supplier relationship management initiatives, procure to pay, eSourcing and eProcurement. We often work for clients with multinational operations that will involve travel.
You have to prove your expertise and best practices in the strategy consulting skills in related disciplines such as business improvement, Process diagnosis, Process standardization, Organizational Procurement Management, Contract Management and Negotiation, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above degree in Finance, SCM, Business information system, Business Administration area.


• At least 8 years experiences in procurement consulting or Business consulting experience in business improvement, spend analysis, purchasing process, commodity management and quality system standards is preferred.


• Expertise in foundational knowledge of purchasing and strategic sourcing principles such as: TCO ,Supplier collaboration and selection, price leverage, organizational design ,strategic sourcing is preferable.


• Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills. Good at quantitative analysis and forming data-driven insights.


• Proficiency in English;
  Additional desirable experience includes:


• Previous IBM or Big 4 strategy consulting experience or equivalent;


• Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or similar professional qualification or equivalent;


• Knowledge of supply chain modelling, visualization and simulation tools (e.g. CAST, Tableau, QlikView);


• Knowledge of market leading procurement solutions (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Emptoris).
