Job Description
Tasks
- Development of specific software for the next car generations in the area of electric mobility, chassis, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems or autonomous driving
- Application of modern software tools and processes within an expert team for software development
- Design of function specifications and software requirements
- Implementation and integration of software module for the target device
- Execution of testing and debugging
- Cooperation in project oriented teams with the customer as well as cooperation with international development partners
- Preparation of presentations internal and for customers
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary project team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or an equivalent education
- Three plus years of experience in software development in the environment of automotive development
- Professional knowledge of model based software development and programming with C, C++, Matlab / Simulink, TargetLink as well as model based software testing using appropriate tools e.g. TPT and Embedded tester
- Deep knowledge in development with automotive SPICE processes according to current standards and current methods for function- and software development
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Driving license
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin language, German is a plus
- Strong communication and team-working skills as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer
- Willingness to travel
