Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Lead regional retail ops team to become expert in retail operation
  • Aim to drive customer continuously improve retail management efficiency
  • To improve the ST performance for BLR and RE stores

Key Responsibilities:

Planning

  • Assist the regional Franchise Ops Director in the regional POS incentive scheme
  • Assist the regional Franchise Ops Director in the POS ST target formation

Management

  • Help customer build right working process and tools.
  • Regular meeting with customer to review performance and find action plans
  • Monitor BLR & RE store ST performance data by customer
  • Pay regular visits to deployed BLR doors, to identify problems and suggest on action plans
  • Discuss with HQ Retail Ops in the performance review of BLR stores
  • Give store performance assessment through RMS checklist
  • Cross cover the pre-designed items for other Franchise Ops functions (eg. VM maintenance)
  • Conduct on site problem shooting through communicating with store manager and staff
  • Give coach to the store staff where applicable
  • Make "comprehensive store visit reports" after the store visit
  • Collect MSP reports and monitor the store performance based on the results
  • Off site problem shooting
  • Communicate with customer OP team to solve retail ops related problems identified during the store visit
  • Consolidate problems with other Franchise Ops functions through analysis of "comprehensive store visits" from all the store visiting departments
  • Communicate with and coordinate related departments to solve the problems for other Franchise Ops departments identified
  • Consolidate the training needs identified by the Franchise Ops departments
  • Lead Regional RO to participate in daily ST meeting with customer branch offices
  • Lead review of POS performance and retail campaign implementation
  • Lead the review of execution quality and effectiveness of action plan for the previous month
  • Lead the discussion and formation of the action plan for the next month
  • Lead retail toolkit sharing

Financial

  • Assist the Regional Franchise Ops manager in the management of regional customer incentives budget

Systems and Processes

  • Basic understanding on national business goals, growth strategies, account structure and retail related policies and processes

People Management

  • Manages the Regional Retail Ops to be the "District Manager" in the Franchise Ops coverage program in the region
  • Monitors the performance of Regional Retail Ops and provide coach where needed
  • Responsible for the performance cross functional monitoring of other Franchise Ops department

Training

  • Coordinate the retail training to own team and customer

Others

  • Other job-related work assigned from leader

  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in retail related discipline is required

Professional background / Experience

  • 3-5 years retail operation management experience with a high class consumer goods or retail brand
