Job Description

Purchasing Supervisor (Window Display)



Company



Our client is furniture trading company. The furniture includes gondola, metal/ Wood panel, cabinets, tables, cupboard, spotlights and others. They find the suppliers and place orders to them. The furniture will be export to France (Majority) and other countries. They also provide the furniture to the Chain stores in China. The furniture can be customized, they will base on clients idea to design and ask suppliers to produce. They also provide related services to clients, including design layout, construction and 3D Drawing for the store based on the client requirements, also decoration, set up furniture for the store.



Work location: Minhang District



Position



1. Window display, props and daily inquiries, bargaining, processing orders.

2. Manage and maintain existing suppliers, develop new supply channels, and control the quality of purchased goods.

3. Control and effectively reduce the cost of purchasing.

4. Collect first-line product information, and provide references for the company's procurement strategy, product raw material structure adjustment and improvement, and for new product development.

5. Responsible for signing the procurement contract with the customer, and urge the contract to perform normally.

6. Timely sorting and archiving related documents such as purchasing materials, supplier information and so on.

7. Actively and effectively support the work of other departments.

8. Other matters to be handled by the company.




Tasks and responsibilities



1. College degree or above. Over 3 years’ experience in furniture or window display procurement, familiar with procurement process and procurement quality management system.

2. It has good market analysis and judgement ability. First line supplier resource is preferred.

3. Familiar with the relevant quality system standards, proficient in procurement business, and have good communication skills, negotiation skills, cost and service awareness.

4. Have the ability to establish and improve the purchasing process, analyze and solve problems, integrate resources and promote business capabilities.

5. Good professional ethics, dedication, sense of service, teamwork spirit and strong resilience.

6. Good oral and written expression and negotiation skills; strong communication and team management skills.

7. Skilled use of Word, Excel, PPT and other commonly used office software, understand CAD drawing software, familiar with CAD drawings.

8.Good command of English, written and oral communication skills.
