Duties: - Manage club operations
- Liaise with chefs to set up menus and events
- Sensitive to F & B market needs and changes
- Direct all F & B operations of the club and control its quality in accordance with company and ISO standard
- Maximize sales and profitability in line with company's policy and budget
- Identify and analyze the problems encountered in operations and provide recommendation to management to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness
- Recruit and maintain a team of highly motivated staff so as to facilitate the achievement of business goals and objectives
- Take up F & B projects as assigned by the management
