Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our growing company as an intern for 4-12 months to work with us for one of our key clients.

As our Product Developer, you will be responsible for developing products like backpacks, suitcases, knives etc. From discovering new materials and designs to work with the marketing department as well as the manufacturer, you’ll be involved in every step of product development.

In addition, you will be a key contributor to our entire business strategy - working directly with our sales and marketing teams as well as manufacturer to develop products for consumer needs. Responsibilities

The ideal person for this role is proficient in industrial design and has a strong interest in marketing. The main part of your task is to research about unique products/materials, develop new designs as well as to work with our marketing team to built different products for different market needs. You’ll work as part of a small, dedicated team. We’re looking for a positive team player.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (in Industrial Design or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English working environment, knowledge of Chinese, Cantonese or German a plus)
• Demonstrated aptitude in being proactive and a self-starter
• Solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Working experience in product development and innovation management is a plus.

Working hours: Mo-Fr 9:00-12:00, 13:00-18:00
