Summary

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of hiring, from sourcing, interviewing, selection to offering activities. You will strategically partner with business groups, hiring managers and HRBP to execute the annual hiring plan and recruiting strategies, as well as managing the staffing projects and programs e.g. University Program and Employer Branding Project.

Responsibility:

1.Provide and suggest the business talent solutions based on business needs.

2.Deliver end-to-end high-touch recruiting service to business/functional group.

3.Ensure quality requisition fulfillment discussion and form the feasible hiring decision with the hiring managers and business groups.

4. Align with the Staffing Manager and HRBP in the design and execution of recruitment strategy and collaborate with peers to maintain consistent best practices. Drive the recruiting result and performance against hiring plan and KPIs.

5.Collaborate broadly with both internal regional and global staffing center of expertise, and external professional communities and network on accumulating market intelligence and strategic sourcing initiatives.

6. Maintain close relationships within the business to address stakeholder concerns and needs as staffing initiatives evolve.

7. Comply with global staffing process and policies

Qualification

1.University degree and/or above

Experience

1. At least 5 years’ experience in the Human Resource Management environment with a minimum of 3 years’ solid focus on recruitment and staffing in high-tech/IT industry.

2. Recruiting experience with a recruitment agency or in a multinational company is necessary

3. Experience in a matrix organization, knowledge on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends would be advantageous
