Qualifications and Experience

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT

Fluency in Mandarin, English would be preferred

Familiarity with Call Centre systems, measurement tools.

"Excellent communication skills; Experiences in callcenter/customer services are advantage.

Strong sense of customer service skills; Ability to handlerequests from diverse people, excellent customer service experience"

Should analyze the customer problem properly and providelogical solutions

Possess cooperative spirit of teamwork

3 years Call Center or service relevant experience (Inbound& Outbound) in Banking or Finance industry, 1 years management & operationexperience preferred
