Job Description

Main responsibility is to enable Consultant to accomplish their duties to improve effectiveness & efficiency for franchisee workshop customers by

  • Understanding the workshop business model, competitive environment and consulting needs
  • Defining consultant standard visit process and working load management
  • Implementing strategy and commercial policy to franchise network through consultant
  • Managing Workshop operation diagnosis method and tools
  • Developing modular working package for consultant including Traffic, Customer relationship management, Target and benefit management, Standard Service process and management…
  • Developing SOP and training module for touch points of franchise workshop to serve car driver customer
  • Best practice collection and sharing
  • Cooperating with the service implementation team and monitoring the consultant working method implementation
  • Defining consultant training structure and content including initial training and enhancement training
  • Facilitate effective technical support to franchise workshops

Qualifications

1. More than 5 year experience in automotive aftermarket business

2. More than 3 year experience in franchise business

3. Rich experience in Workshops operation or consulting

4. Good Communication skill

5. Project management experience

6. Product/Service management experience is a plus

7. Logical and structured working style

8. Able to deliver with can-do attitude

9. Fluent English is a plus
