AECOM is seeking a visionary and dynamic individual to join the leadership team of our Healthcare Practice in Asia. We are open to discussing the location for this position within Asia. The primary responsibility of the role is to drive growth across our Healthcare Practice which includes services such as Medical Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Interiors, Master Planning, Program and Project Management and Operations & Maintenance. A focus will be on strengthening the positioning of AECOM as a fully integrated multi-disciplinary market leader in Healthcare Consulting, Master Planning and Design. The additional goal of driving innovation and excellence in Healthcare Design & Thought Leadership, Project Management, and Operations for local, regional and global Healthcare clients is a must.

We are seeking an individual with specific, extensive Healthcare experience, who has strong client relationships, and an established client and industry network. The ideal candidate understands and has a proven track record in driving business and leading projects and is well versed in the following: client management, business development, financial oversight, design quality, project delivery, and has the ability to convey innovative design thinking and solutions.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Responsible for the development, implementation and achievement of the Healthcare strategic growth plan in relevant markets, including developing and executing client outreach goals.

+ Develop and execute strategic planning and marketing strategies in collaboration with Regional Management and other BL leaders across the respective regions/ organization to promote a culture whereby we maximize multi-disciplinary service offerings.

+ Advocate design excellence and quality – lead the regional Healthcare strategy to build and strengthen client relationships, strategically pre-positioning winning and delivering important healthcare work in the regions.

+ Lead the business planning process for Healthcare and ensure we meet or exceed plan.

+ Manage and achieve the financial performance of the Healthcare business in the relevant sub-regions.

+ Drive financial performance by achieving plan targets through identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and cost savings.

+ Lead the bidding process for major projects and ensure all projects are bid and executed in accordance with internal approval authorities.

+ Work with the Regional Management team to champion change, create buy-in to the vision by linking day-to-day work to the attainment of the vision, engage and mobilize others to drive change.

+ Strengthen critical relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders across Business Lines/ regions/ geographies.

+ Leverage expertise across regions and geographies and Business Lines to support the growth of Healthcare business in Asia.

+ Promote enhanced knowledge management across the Healthcare business in the regions.

+ Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Minimum Requirements

+ Degree in Architecture/ Medical discipline (or relevant/ applicable field)

+ 20+ years of experience

+ Knowledge of the healthcare marketplace, key clients, and knowledge of industry trends in Asia

+ Experienced in strategic business development, client relationships and driving sales and revenue

+ The ability to lead healthcare business development through early client interaction, “scope of work” development and on-going client management

+ Experience in a senior leadership role of large/ multi-disciplined healthcare project/ consultant team

+ Understands the market value of high quality design solutions and the associated ROI for healthcare organizations.

+ Successfully delivered healthcare projects within the clients’ budget/ schedule requirements

+ Proven success in delivering targeted profit to the Company, delivering project scope and fee

+ Ability to manage and work with remote teams and collaborate across regions and Businesses
