Requirements:

• More Than 6 years QA/QC experience in Apparel
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Technical knowledge in both knitted and woven manufacturing
• Able to lead QA/QC team professionally to monitor and overlook the quality and production issues in the factories
• Experience in implementation and problem solving techniques
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Good command of English,excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Frequent travel is necessary
  

Responsibilities:

• To assist QA manager to execute quality system and training program
• To interpret and implement quality assurance/control standards
• To monitor and control quality and production performance
• To monitor unusual occurrences, report and follow-up procedures
• To coordinate among head offices and factories
• To ensure on-time submission and accuracy of WIP
