in EB’s Centers of Competence inShanghai
Your responsibilities:
- You are a Team Manager for 2 local Centers of Competence with disciplinary and technical tasks and responsibilities
- Hiring and staffing from staff request to onboarding
- Disciplinary guidance of a team of about 20 employees, leasing employees and working students
- Developing, coaching and mentoring of the team members
- Ensuring expected team utilization and balancing expectations between product/project execution and line management
- Active cooperation and networking with Service Departments like IT or HR
- Technical leadership of one or multiple of the specific knowledge domains, e.g. Basic Software, Car Infrastructure, SW Engineering, SW Validation, Nevegation, Cyber Security, HMI or Driver Assistance
- Execution of special tasks following the development strategy of the local Competence Center
- Active support in acquisition and quotation processes and in the project management
Your profile:
- Several years of leadership experience and strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High level of proactivity and getting things done
- Very high passion for people management
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Self-confident appearance
- Professional experience in the Automotive Software domain
- Fluent communication in English, written and verbally
