Job Description

  • Conduct sales blitz/cold call to explore new account
  • Research on background of prospective clients before making sales call
  • Product/brand presentation in a structured and professional way to corporate clients
  • Analyze the needs of each account, send proposal and negotiate terms with clients to close deal
  • Generate new business at targeted rent and maintain high occupancy to meet with or exceed budget
  • Negotiate corporate agreement with potential clients to generate incremental business
  • Review corporate performance and negotiate renewal of corporate agreement
  • Make regular visit to maintain and develop long term relationship with existing clients for repeating business
  • Address to clients concern or complaints that occurred and maintain high level of customer satisfaction
  • Submit key account profile with update corporate data
  • Attend team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
  • Attend trade shows and networking events
  • Conduct market search and report on competitors activities
  • Coordinate with properties and other departments to maintain high service standard

Qualifications:

1.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
2.Problem solving and organizational abilities.
3.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
4.Good writing skills
