To increase overall workforce productivity through the improved attraction, retention, and utilization of talent. This is also to superior focusing on productivity, proactive in recruiting, retention, workforce planning, employment branding, metrics, orientation and redeployment into a seamless process. Building up proper Talent Acquisition strategy. Supporting for new pre-opening projects. Liaison with hotel HR leaders regarding HR operations support

Qualifications:

  • 2 years at least with similar position
  • Well experiences with Talent Management
  • Good communication and English
  • Related HR certifications
  • Chinese speaker
  • Shanghai working experiences is requested
