Quality Engineer (Shanghai)

Job description:

• The quality engineer ensures and supports that the software development teams of our projects work with the high quality level expected by our customers and ourselves.
• This includes proactively improving, steering and controlling process compliance as well as the application of best practices of our software craftsmanship.
• In detail, this means:
  • Assisting in defining the quality goals for projects
  • Approving and supervising the software quality assurance plan and reports of projects
  • Performing quality escalations with customers and in our organization
  • Acting as the representative and primary local contact of the process organization in China
  • Monitoring training needs and supporting in planning trainings in the country
