Main Purpose of Job: Main task is within our logistics department. Here we are looking for an experienced person that can manage all our shipments ex China and warehouse.

Junior Logistics Co-Ordinator, Dongguan office

Job Responsibilities

• Manage shipment arrangement such as liaising with local / overseas warehouse, forwarders and customers and maintain good relationship with all parties.
• Monitor shipment booking, cargo picking up, Customs declaration till destination delivery.
• Co-ordinate and manage our China inventory.
• Prepare relevant shipping documents for outgoing shipments
• Ensure shipping documents prepared correctly and timely
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Verify and approve billing from freight forwarders
• Assist and support the Logistics Manager in managing logistics operations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• College degree in Logistics, international trade or its equivalent
• 3+ years relevant experient experience in logistics, shippinbg
• Able to communictae in English and Mandarin
• Strong negotiator.
• Concept orientated thinking
• Strongly self-organized and good structured
• Good knowhow and understanding of shipping / Logistics & international trade.
• Ability of working independently & flexible.
• Quick learner, self-motivated.
• Good in MS Office, Outlook Express, MS Words, MS Ex
• Has a positive attitude and customer service orientation
