• Will work with HR and vendor to ensure functionality of HCC E-learning Platform, as well as plan/implement upgrades in the system to meet emerging business needs.
• Be responsible for the planning and production of all E-learning programs in HCC sales training, making sure online approach is implemented at the right time/in the right scenarios meanwhile effectiveness and cost are well balanced.
• Be responsible for providing all sales trainers in China with necessary E-learning know-how/software skills/media production skills to implement agile learning programs.
• Work as chief director in the production of video/animation based training programs from idea stage, drafting "script" to media editing, making sure effectiveness and participants experience are well balanced.
• Will analyze knowledge/skill/attitude gap in sales network and initiate regular training programs or improve existing ones.
• Will act as communication window of sales training department in terms of clarifying training demand from product/project teams or other departments, with responsibility of providing consultation for best training result.
• Will continuously seek opportunities for the improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of sales training in general, and come up with new methodologies/processes/approaches.
• Position will require 20% travel.

Training topics may include (but will not be limited to):

• Sales staff/Sales managers induction training and continuous learning programs
• Product/process/policy knowledge update
• Sales skills/professional skills improvement
• Leadership skills improvement for managers

任职资格:

• Knowledge and implementation experiences of enterprise E-learning system.
• Experience and proven capability in multi-media material production.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross functional capacity ensuring strong collaboration between departments.
• Ability to demonstrate professional and customer-oriented communication skills.
• Highly skilled in MS Office, Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Articulate, and English as working language.
