Applies advanced knowledge of Industrial Engineering, continuous improvement/quality assurance, and various analytical techniques (e.g., statistics, root cause analysis) to solve business problems of high complexity.

Responsibilities :

• Requires strong business acumen and the ability to develop and deliver rigorous technical analysis to quantify business case scenarios, options, and risks.
• Support operation partner to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and reliability for ride or other equipment in the park
• Support operation partner to identify opportunity in labor efficiency and cost saving in different area including Facility Operation Service, Hotel, Back of House and Disneytown etc.
• Other tasks assigned by leader
• Translates and communicates complex analytical/technical information to non-analytical/non-technical audiences at varying levels of leadership.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of applied Industrial Engineering or equivalent related experience.
• Experience in manufactory environment prefer
• Related experience to drive facility and equipment reliability and efficiency is preferred
• Experience as individual performer to work with internal customer with technical background to deliver solution business solution with Industrial Engineering method
• Successful consulting experience; including a role in influencing and interfacing internal customer at different level.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to partner with others to handle multiple priorities in a challenging operational environment.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and lead complex, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical ability, conceptual thinking, and creative problem solving skills.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, graphics software or simulation software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under changing conditions.
