Job Description
- Support to Sales Reporting function, include provide regular accurate Sales reports timely, support to subsidy payment process, support to serivice fee calcualtion, provide Sales data analysis when it is required, support to improve Sales reporting system.
- Implement and consistently improve automated regular Sales reports (dealer + customer) and make them more informative, accurate and timely.
- Implement subsidy calculation for loan and lease products and implement a jointly agreed service level for subsidy payment process among different parties including SF Sales, SF Finance, NSC/BBA
- Sales/Controlling/Accounting, and cooperation banks;support service fee calculation.
- Provide Sales data analysis when it is required to support Sales steering.
- Communicate and align reporting format with related deprartment to make sure Sales reporting is supportive to related business function.
- Support to Reporting function development in new IT system (TOPGEAR).
- Undergraduate
- Flunent English both on speaking and writing
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel/PPT/Word)
- Understanding of AFC bussiness and Sales topic
- Solid data processing and analytical skill
- Exllent communication skill and problem solve capability
- Team work sprite and cooperation attitude
- 1-3 years experience in auto industry and reporting function is required
