工作内容

服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Position will report directly to Senior Brand Protection Manager, China

Job Purpose:

Provide support to China Global Trademarks teams in brand protection in the PRC markets

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and provide law enforcement with necessary legal documents on behalf of group brands;

Assist on litigation program: evidence collection, documents supporting.

Supporting the continued operation of e-commerce enforcement program, deal with monitor internet infringers/suspicious websites, take down infringing links, website and stores;

Assist with Brand Protection Manager to supervise agents in their enforcement actions and performance;

Coordinate with Customs IPR protection, including Customs detention application, report the container monitoring intelligence, storage fee management and IPR system update;

Authorized manufactory maintenance;

Support business team on documentations;

Track and maintain database from law enforcement, customs, investigators and others for trends, intelligence and investigation targeting.
