Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities include:

> Reinforce compliance of regulations and systems of International and domestic

> Lead quality control team to improve quality and reduce costs

>Upgrade Quality systems, including supplier management, risk management, correct actions on customer complaints etc.

> Process new product registration, yearly renew of production related certificates, government inspections, and customer audits

> Oversee daily quality control over in-coming materials, in-process production, final assembly, pre-shipping inspection, and lab tests.

> Provide production departments support in solving daily quality deviations

> Restructure Quality team, via recruiting talents, performance evaluation, and training


任职要求:

Other Key Requirements include:

> Bachelor holder in related disciplines

> At least 5 years’ experience in managing quality control department, in hardgoods industry preferred

> Hand-on experience working with government authority, for audits and compliance

> Strong verbal and written communication in English (bilingual English and Chinese)
