Job Description

    Take up the leading role in system implementation, testing and support, including but not limited to NLS, CFS, IFT and upcoming Top Gear project.
    Provide business analysis expertise to support the implementation of financial system, including reporting, risk analysis and issues management etc
  • Coordinate with different departments, i.e. IT, Operations and Project teams for conductive communication, and resolve problems in a most efficient way.
  • Prepare all testing related materials, i.e. Testing Cases, MOM documentation, internal documentation and meeting minutes etc for key issues.
  • Log the issues identified during testing or daily production work to IT immediately and ensure problems are resolved/closed in a timely manner.
    Daily accounting file transfer and analyse discrepancies between accounting system and operating system if there is any , able to understand the root course and find out solution accordingly.
  • Month end reconciliations between BO report , Operation System and SUN system and book manual adjustment if necessary and continue to follow up with IT and Operation for both temporary and long term solution.
    Continuously improve the work efficiency from system and process wise and reduce the manual work and mitigate risks of human error.
    Assist other team members for System related matters for both SF3-CN and SF3-HK.

Qualifications and Experience
  • University degree in Accounting/Finance or Information systemFluent in Chinese and English , good problem solving skills, reliable, responsible, team work sprit.

  • Have "can do" attitude and a proactive and positive approach to work, self motivated

  • Be punctual and able to meet the deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and eye for details

  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
