This is a good opportunity to enter the dynamic and fast growing out-of-home media industry with potential for long-term career development. We are seeking a passionate team player to join in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities:
Report to IT Manager directly and working closely with the System Administrator

Provide technical support and resolve issues from internal users, and contact external related parties as necessary

Support the IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, application software and configurations

Work collaboratively with teams, suppliers, vendors and users to deliver assigned projects and tasks on schedule and to run daily operations smoothly

Deliver timely, reliable and quality IT solutions to meet different internal project needs

Monitor end-user computing performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future

Provide network support and assist in monitoring of server and network equipment

System analyzing, programming and report development

Perform inventory control of IT facilities, record keeping & documentations

Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by the management

Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline

At least 2 years' experience in end-user support and IT project deployment

Experience in deploying, managing and supporting in MS Windows OS platform, MAC OS platform would be an advantage

Holder of IT Industry certification such as, ITIL, MCSE, CCNA, PMP etc. is highly preferred

Knowledge of Manage Engine IT management software, Dell, Sophos, Netgear, QNAP would be an advantage

Network infrastructure support and setup knowledge, e.g. VPN, Firewall, Router, WIFI, NAS, switches

Hands-on experience in Windows Server, SQL server, networking and firewall

Familiarity with LAN/WAN/VPN architecture and switching

A good team player, detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong ‘can-do’ attitude

Good command in both English and Chinese
